Terms of Service

These terms apply to NuRoute Chat, the chat and API service at chat.nuroute.ai, run by [company legal name], [address] ("we").

1. The service

NuRoute Chat lets you chat with Artemis, which picks a suitable AI model for each message, and on some plans use it through an API. Answers come from AI models: they can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check what matters before you rely on it. Web search results come from third-party websites; we don't check them.

2. Your account

You need an account, with an email address you can receive mail at. Keep access to it to yourself. You must be at least [16] years old. One person, one account: accounts are not for sharing.

3. Plans, allowance and limits

Each plan includes a number of tokens per week and limits on requests per minute and at once, as shown on the Plans page. Everything counts as tokens: what you send, what comes back, and a fixed amount per web search. When the week's tokens are used up, you can wait for the weekly reset or change plan. Unused tokens don't carry over.

4. Prices, payment and renewal

Plans are paid monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on the Plans page [including VAT]. A plan renews each month until you cancel.

Free trial. Lite may come with a free trial of [7] days. A payment card is needed to start it. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the first monthly payment is taken then. We remind you by email before that. Each person and each card can have one trial.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time: under Plans and billing, or with the "Cancel subscription" link at the bottom of our pages. Your plan then stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and isn't renewed. Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately, without a refund for the rest of the period.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract. If you ask us to start the service straight away, you agree that we do, and you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has started. 7. Fair use

Don't use the service to break the law, to harm others, to produce abusive or illegal content, to attack or overload our systems or anyone else's, or to get around the limits of your plan (for example with several accounts or by reselling access). We may suspend an account that does; we'll tell you why, unless the law stops us.

8. Your content

What you send and what you receive is yours, as far as the law allows. We use it only to run the service for you. Chats are never used to train AI models. You can export or delete your data at any time under Account.

9. Changes and availability

We work to keep the service available, but can't promise it never fails. We may change the service; for changes to these terms or to prices that affect your subscription, we tell you in advance and you can cancel.

10. Liability
